Thank you for shopping with Hexed. Every decal is made to order, and we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are made to order and are typically processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated Shipping Times

India

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India.
A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹499.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to dispatch orders on time, occasional courier delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at harsh@hexed.in. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
