Refund Policy

At Hexed, every decal is made to order specifically for your purchase. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Incorrect vehicle compatibility chosen by the customer

  • Incorrect installation or application

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Custom or personalized products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at harsh@hexed.in.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A continuous, unedited video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish

  • Clear photos of the product and the packaging

This helps us verify shipping or manufacturing issues and protect against fraudulent claims.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If we determine that the issue was caused by our manufacturing process or an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized decals are made specifically for you.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please ensure all text, measurements, colors, and other details submitted are correct before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period where required by applicable law. These rights apply only where legally required and do not affect the exceptions for personalized or custom-made products where permitted by law.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
